Babysteals.com and Kidsteals.com are two great daily deal sites that update at 10am central time with one item that is usually around 50% off retail. The items go quick, so I would recommend checking them out as soon as you can, or better yet sign-up for their email alerts. I've scored some pretty great deals from them, and I enjoy looking at the different items even if they are featuring something that I wouldn't buy. These are not 'invite only' websites. No 'sign-in' required.

AlbeeBaby.com Has great sales on Britax car seats among other name brand baby and kids items.
Uddercovers.com sells great nursing covers. If you join their mailing list you may get a promo code for a free cover, you'll have to pay shipping of course. That's how I got mine, and I love it!
Sevenslings.com is affiliated with udderscovers.com and sells really good quality baby/toddler slings. I have one of these also and love it. When you purchase an udder cover from them, they send you a promo code for a free sling too! Great deal!
